Talk to Strangers
During an exchange programme in San Francisco; Fall 2023. I started keeping a journal of all the eccentric characters who were roaming the streets and late night bars. Alone in a new city, these characters brought me company in what seemed a lonely time. Along with these journal entries are photographs capturing the strange essence of the once affluent city. This period of time changed me forever.
From writing and documentation I hope to remember to always talk to strangers.
